Wilton
L. Strickland has been practicing law since 1969.
He is experienced in both insurance defense and
plaintiffs’ litigation, and since 1974 he has focused his
practice on plaintiffs' litigation.
Mr.
Strickland is a third generation Floridian, born and raised in
Fort Myers, Florida. He
is a graduate of the University of Florida (BA, 1964) and
Stetson University (JD, 1969).
While attending law school, Mr. Strickland was elected
president of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity (Brewer Chapter).
Mr.
Strickland’s practice areas include personal injury, wrongful
death, product liability, medical malpractice, aviation and
media law. In his community, he has served as a member & president of
the board of Hospice Care
of Broward
County, Inc.
He is an advisory board member of the Salvation Army of Broward
County, a contributing member of H.A.N.D.Y., and a member of the
Broward County Sheriff’s Advisory Council.

Trial Bar of the Southern District, the Federal District Court
for the Middle District, the Eleventh Circuit Court Appeals, the

Mr. Strickland is a member of the Broward County Bar
Association, the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the
Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial
Lawyers of America. He is a past president of the Broward
County Trial Lawyers Association and a founding member of the
American Board Of Trial Advocates, Broward County Chapter.
He has served as a member of the Board of
Directors for the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and
is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates
Forum.
Ellen
Cunniff has been in the legal field for over 26 years, concentrating
in the fields of personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful
death, and products liability.
Ellen was raised in Jacksonville, Florida and graduated
from Wolfson High School in 1977 after which she immediately
began her career in the legal field with a prominent personal
injury/medical malpractice firm.
Ellen
has been with our firm for 10 years as our Legal Administrator.
As a member in good standing with the American Legal Administrators
Association, our firm is always abreast of current issues
and trends in the field.
Ellen
